Relief for LA Wildfire Survivors

You can provide direct financial support to low-income families affected by the fires.
The wildfires in Los Angeles have caused unprecedented devastation, forcing over 180,000 people to leave their homes and consuming more than 36,000 acres—an area more than double the size of Manhattan.
Countless low-income families are now left with nothing, struggling to navigate the loss of their homes, jobs, and stability.
One Kind World Foundation is stepping in to provide immediate financial assistance to those most affected in the hardest-hit areas of Los Angeles.
Our emergency support is helping families regain their footing by covering critical needs such as:
🍛 Daily essentials like food, medicine, and baby supplies
🏨 Safe temporary accommodations while they remain displaced
💳 Urgent payments for phone service, healthcare, and utility bills
With your help, we can make a real difference in restoring hope and dignity to families as they begin to rebuild their lives.
Your contributions will swiftly reach those most in need, all through a fully remote process.
We’re leveraging fire damage and poverty data to pinpoint the communities in greatest need. Using Propel—a mobile app commonly used to manage food stamp benefits—we can remotely identify, enroll, and deliver payments directly to low-income survivors.
Our team is actively mapping out the hardest-hit areas and working to finalize outreach, enrollment, and payments as quickly as possible.
This financial assistance will empower thousands of families to address their immediate needs and begin the process of rebuilding their lives. Cash aid offers flexibility, allowing survivors to prioritize their own necessities rather than relying on others to decide for them—one of the key reasons cash relief is often preferred over donated goods in times of crisis.
Reaching our current fundraising goal will allow us to assist hundreds of families. With additional support, we have the ability to extend our efforts and deliver aid to thousands more in Los Angeles.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who qualifies to receive assistance?
What happens if we exceed or fall short of our fundraising goal?
Any surplus funds will enable us to provide cash assistance to even more families affected by the fires. If, for any reason, we’re unable to distribute all funds to survivors in Los Angeles, the remaining donations will go to other Americans in need or to survivors of future global emergencies.
What is the amount of assistance each family will receive?
We are currently finalizing the amount of cash assistance each family will receive to support their recovery and rebuilding efforts. The payment will be designed to address essential post-disaster needs, including food and temporary housing.
When will people receive my donation?
We’re currently identifying communities in greatest need and aim to complete outreach, enrollment, and payments in the next 1-2 weeks.
